This policy explains what information HighHeart ("we") collects through this website, and how we use it. Contact us at [email protected] with any questions.
What we collect
When you fill in our sign-up form, we collect the information you enter: your first name, email address, country, optional social media handle, and your answers about availability and comfort on camera. You also confirm that you're 18 or older.
Later, through your personal link, you can send us your profile ID on the app and, if you choose, your WhatsApp number. We also note when you open the invitation link in our emails, so we know which step you're at.
When you submit a form, we record the country your internet connection comes from, which helps us check that sign-ups come from the US or Canada. If you live elsewhere and join our waitlist, we keep your name, email and country only to tell you if HighHeart opens there.
To keep out spam, our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person, not a bot, is submitting them.
Like most websites, we may collect basic usage data such as pages visited and device type through analytics and advertising tools, including the Meta pixel if enabled.
How we use it
- To email you the sign-up link, steps and information you asked for.
- To decide whether HighHeart is a fit, based on your country, age and availability.
- To remind you of a step you haven't finished, such as accepting the invitation.
- To match your account on the app to your sign-up (your profile ID), and to let you into our hosts' group on WhatsApp once you're approved (your WhatsApp number).
- To understand how people find the site and improve it, including measuring our ads.
We don't sell your information.
Who we share it with
We use service providers to run the site, the form and our emails, such as our website host, form provider and email tool. They process your information only to provide those services. If you join, we share what's needed with the livestreaming app to connect your account to the agency.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it's useful for the purpose you gave it, and delete it on request.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in each email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected].
Age
This site and our agency are only for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
